Originally from the UK, Mark was a keen pair of hands for his property developer father and many of his projects. So began his interest in property. Later he started his own career, buying “doer-uppers” and running a decorating business for nearly a decade before opportunities lead him into technology and a move to New Zealand.
He has lived and worked in and around the Wairarapa for 18 years, always renovating somewhere. Masterton has been home now for the last 6 years with his sons, all the time enjoying what the region has to offer. From the beaches to the ranges and the towns and communities between.
He has had a variety of careers, in public and private sector, as an employee and employer, manual trades, the military and most recently IT. In all of them he has identified customer needs, resolved their issues and delivered quality solutions. This has involved thinking outside the box, regular and effective communication and going the extra mile. Now he’s looking forward passing that experience on.
